We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Retail Customer Sales Associate to join our Kalispell team. This is an in-person retail position focused on helping customers, answering questions, recommending products and services based on their needs, and creating a positive customer experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to build experience in customer service, retail sales, and communication. Previous sales experience is helpful, but we are also open to candidates who are comfortable speaking with customers and willing to learn. What You'll Do As a Retail Customer Sales Associate, you'll work directly with customers throughout your shift.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Speaking with customers to understand their needs Answering questions about available products, services, pricing, and current promotions Explaining product features and service options in a clear and helpful way Recommending options based on each customer's individual needs Assisting customers throughout the sales process Providing friendly and professional customer service before, during, and after a purchase Maintaining accurate knowledge of current products, services, and promotions Following up with customers when appropriate Working toward individual and team sales goals Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional retail environment Communicating with team members and management throughout the day Participating in ongoing product and sales training Schedule & Availability Retail shifts are scheduled between 8:00 AM and 8:30 PM and may vary based on business needs and store scheduling. Both full-time and part-time positions are available. Part-time employees must be available a minimum of 4 days per week and 25 hours per week . Weekend availability is preferred. Candidates should have reliable availability and be comfortable working a retail schedule that may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
