We're hiring a Customer Sales Associate for our Kalispell retail team. This is an in-person, customer-facing position where you'll help customers understand products, services, promotions, and available options while providing a friendly and helpful shopping experience. If you enjoy talking with people, learning new products, and working toward clear goals, this position gives you the opportunity to build experience in retail sales, customer service, wireless products, mobile technology, and account support while earning hourly pay plus additional commissions and bonuses. Part-time team members must be available for a minimum of 25 hours per week . Scheduling may fall within retail operating hours, generally between 8:00 AM and 8:30 PM , including some evenings and weekends. The business operates seven days a week; employees are scheduled based on availability and business needs and are not expected to work seven days per week .
