Duties Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to help them find suitable products based on their needs and preferences Educate customers about different strains, consumption methods, and product effects through engaging product demos and clear communication Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory management Maintain accurate stock levels by merchandising, stocking shelves, and organizing displays to maximize sales potential Conduct product demos to showcase new or featured items, encouraging upselling opportunities Ensure compliance with all legal regulations regarding age verification, product labeling, and sales limits Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, and reporting discrepancies Provide exceptional customer service via in-person interactions and phone etiquette, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and engage diverse customers in multiple languages (bilingual skills are a plus) Proven experience in retail sales or grocery store environments with cash handling and cashiering skills Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math for accurate transactions and inventory tracking Supervising experience preferred to support team operations and ensure excellent customer experiences Ability to perform product demos confidently while highlighting features and benefits to drive sales Knowledge of merchandising techniques to create attractive displays that promote products effectively Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries remotely or scheduling appointments when needed Strong organizational skills for stocking shelves, maintaining cleanliness, and managing inventory efficiently Join us in creating an inviting atmosphere where customers feel valued and informed.
