This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-growing industry while helping create a welcoming and informative environment for customers. Job Summary As a Budtender, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service while guiding customers through their cannabis purchasing experience. From product knowledge to point-of-sale operation, your role will help ensure smooth daily operations and a positive vibe in the shop. Key Responsibilities Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to customers with product selection and questions Accurately operate the register and handle cash/card transactions Restock shelves and maintain organized, well-merchandised displays Stay up to date on products and strains, and occasionally demo products Keep the sales floor clean and organized Work as part of a team to create a positive and welcoming environment Weekend and Evening availability required Qualifications Must have a valid Montana Cannabis Agent Badge Retail experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs If you're passionate about cannabis, love helping people, and want to grow with an awesome team — we'd love to hear from you!
