Job Description
Retail Sales Associate/Cashier Highlights:

Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale system
- Handle cash, checks, credit, and debit card transactions with precision
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions
- Promote and upsell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers
- Stock shelves and receive deliveries as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain an orderly checkout area
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written communication
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with strong customer service skills
- Completed Alcohol Sales/Server training a plus.
