Role Summary:

PureGreen is seeking a motivated and dependable Crew Member to join our team in providing exceptional commercial landscape maintenance services. The ideal candidate will have experience working outdoors, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team

Core Responsibilities:

Assist Crew with day-to-day landscape maintenance operations, including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and weeding. Operate various tools and equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and power tools. Always follow established safety procedures and practices. Assist with loading and unloading materials, equipment, and tools onto vehicles. Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of equipment and tools. Communicate effectively with the Crew Leader and other team members to ensure that work is completed efficiently and effectively. Be responsive to customer needs and requests and always professionally represent PureGreen. Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development to improve knowledge and skills. Requirement & Physical Demands At least 1-2 years of experience in commercial landscaping or a similar field. Ability to operate various tools and equipment and perform physically demanding work in varying weather conditions. Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions from the Crew Leader. Strong work ethic and dependability. Positive attitude and customer service skills. Reliable transportation to and from the shop. Willingness to work flexible hours, including Monday through Friday and Saturdays as needed. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds. Must be able to perform physical labor, including bending, kneeling, and reaching.

Compensation Package Includes:

Hourly Rate:

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour (based on experience)
