Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, transactions, and inventory management. Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure an attractive shopping environment. Support inventory management through stocking, inventory checks, and product replenishment. Engage with customers via phone communication to answer questions or provide product information. Post on social media new products and any updates on a regular basis. Skills Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers. Experience with POS systems, cashiering, retail math, and cash handling procedures. Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly. Organizational skills to manage stock levels and merchandising displays efficiently.
