Retail Sales Associate (Part-Time) Madison's on Main Position Summary Sales Associates are the heart of the Madison's on Main shopping experience. In this role, you will create a welcoming and elevated environment for every customer, provide thoughtful styling support, and help maintain a beautifully curated store. This position is part-time, with up to 25 hours per week, depending on availability and store needs. Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and deliver exceptional service throughout their shopping experience Provide styling recommendations and demonstrate strong product and brand knowledge Confidently suggest add-on items to enhance the customer's purchase Operate the point-of-sale system for purchases, returns, and exchanges Maintain store presentation through restocking, organization, and merchandising support Fulfill online orders accurately and efficiently Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing efforts (including social media engagement and occasional live selling support) Complete daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal Communicate clearly with team members and leadership regarding customer needs, concerns, and store operations

Requirements & Expectations Attendance & Reliability:

Maintain consistent attendance and reliability for scheduled shifts. Unapproved absences or frequent schedule changes are not permitted

Mission & Vision Alignment:

Review and align with Madison's on Main's Mission and Vision regularly, ensuring actions reflect company values

Ongoing Training & Development:

Participate in required training and maintain strong brand and product awareness

Time-Off Requests:

Submit all time-off requests in advance for approval by the Store Manager; approval is based on store needs

Dress Code:

Adhere to Madison's on Main dress code standards at all times Ability to work 5-8 hour shifts, up to 25 hours per week Prior retail, Shopify, or POS experience preferred About Madison's on Main Madison's on Main is a women's boutique serving women of all ages. Pay:

$13.00 - $16.00 per hour
