Sales Associate (Fitness) If you want to work in a fun environment with an outstanding team and change peoples lives - keep reading! •Position •We are currently looking for highly motivated and outgoing sales associates who will be responsible for managing the sales process in-person, by telephone, text message and email. Strong written and verbal skills are required. You do NOT need to know anything about Pilates - we will teach you about that! Sales associates report the full time General Manager and are measured by new membership sales by bringing prospects to the studio, helping them define their fitness goals, and supporting their discovery of what Club Pilates classes and sessions can offer. Sales Associates play an essential role in retaining current members through excellent service. All qualified applicants will have an energetic and positive attitude, a desire to help members achieve their fitness goals, and a passion in health and fitness. We are particularly in need of Weekday Nights (4pm-8pm) and weekend (8:30am-1:30pm) help! Even better--employees receive a free classes, swag, and lots of other perks!
