Duties Greet customers warmly, listen to their needs, and provide help on anything beach and fashion related. Assist customers in selecting merchandise that meets their project goals, offering product knowledge and creative solutions. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and processing returns or exchanges. Maintain organized stock levels by stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and managing inventory to ensure product availability. Support store cleanliness and organization by tidying displays, arranging floral arrangements, and ensuring aisles are accessible. Handle customer inquiries promptly via in-person interactions or over the phone, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Experience Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Strong organizational skills help manage stock levels and merchandising efforts efficiently. Excellent communication skills enable you to connect with customers and team members alike.
