Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products. Assist customers with product selection which include mobile devices, accessories, tablets and more Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions including cash handling and retail math calculations. Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure merchandise is well-presented through effective merchandising techniques. Support inventory management by receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting stock counts. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor to create an inviting shopping environment. Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Knowledge in mobile sells and troubleshooting Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail math enhances your effectiveness in this role. Multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases. Strong communication skills and organizational abilities are essential for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
