Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Crew Members to join our water gardening and landscaping team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of outdoor spaces. We build water features, hardscapes, and install landscaping. Ideal candidates will have a passion for water gardening and landscaping installation and maintenance. Ideal candidates will have an eagerness to learn and grow within the industry. Responsibilities Perform maintenance and installation of koi ponds, fountains, pondless water features, and general landscape maintenance tasks. Digging and heavy lifting is required for our projects. Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Assist in hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Maintain cleanliness of job sites and ensure all tools are properly stored after use. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety standards. Requirements Previous experience in water gardening, hardscapes, landscape installation and maintenance of all is preferred but not required. Knowledge of mechanical operations related to landscaping and water gardening and operation of equipment (such as excavator, dingo and skid steer) is a plus. Plumbing and electrical experience is also a plus. Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills. Physical stamina, including heavy lifting and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
