Job Description
Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. This position requires a friendly demeanor, strong teamwork skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately. Prepare food items according to established recipes and guidelines, ensuring quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms by bussing tables and performing regular cleaning duties. Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies and monitoring product freshness. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours. Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Skills Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management. Experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Knowledge of retail math concepts can be beneficial for inventory tasks. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen or grocery store setting. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service excellence.
