Duties Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance with their beauty needs Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately and handle cash, credit cards, and mobile payments Conduct product demos and makeup applications to showcase new products and enhance customer satisfaction Upsell complementary products by understanding customer preferences and recommending suitable options Manage stock levels by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and merchandising products to attract attention Maintain excellent phone etiquette when assisting remote inquiries or scheduling appointments Utilize retail software such as Millennium and salon management software to track sales, appointments, and inventory Support social media management efforts by sharing product highlights and engaging with online followers Assist in visual merchandising to create appealing displays that highlight current promotions or new arrivals Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions in multiple languages if needed and resolving issues promptly Experience Previous retail sales experience in beauty or cosmetics is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
