Our members enjoy 24/7 access to sessions like HOT Yoga, HOT Cycle, HOT Buns , and more — all led by virtual instructors in a semi-private environment designed for all fitness levels. We are building a dynamic team of self-motivated, dependable, fitness-minded professionals who are excited to grow with a rapidly expanding brand and help our Holly Springs community look and feel their very best. Role Overview As a HOTWORX Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving studio growth through membership sales, exceptional customer service, and community engagement. This is an opportunity to be part of a high-energy environment where performance is rewarded and personal development is supported. What You'll Do Sales & Member Support Meet and exceed monthly membership sales goals Provide personalized studio tours and consultations Call, text, and email prospects to schedule appointments and follow up Welcome members, answer phones confidently, and support guests during visits Ensure long-term member satisfaction through superior service Studio Operations Assist the GM and Owner with daily operations Complete opening/closing duties and follow cleaning and maintenance checklists Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with HOTWORX uniform standards Support retail sales and help members navigate the HOTWORX App & Burn Off Challenge Marketing & Outreach Create and post social media content (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) Represent HOTWORX at local events and community outreach activities Help grow brand awareness and drive lead generation in the Holly Springs area What We're Looking For 1-2 years of sales and/or customer service experience (required) Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking with guests High energy, positivity, and a true passion for health and wellness Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic Ability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts Someone who lives (or is committed to living) a healthy, fitness-forward lifestyle Compensation Hourly Plus Performance-based commissions and bonuses Complimentary HOTWORX membership + discounts on retail products We provide training, certifications, and support to ensure your success Work Location In-person at HOTWORX Holly Springs, NC If you're a driven, enthusiastic individual who loves helping others and wants to be part of a growing fitness community, we'd love to meet you.
