This person will work at our front counter and interact with customers. You will be helping them with picking up orders and placing new ones. Responsibilities Work with customers who come to our facility. Help customers place new orders Find finished goods for customers Direct incoming phone calls to correct sales staff Put new order information into production tracking system Assist accounting staff with end of day sales information Skills Demonstrated ability in retail or direct customer service environments with a focus on customer satisfaction Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward achieving targets and managing time efficiently Computer skills such as Microsoft Word and Excel Join us as an Inside Sales Associate and become an integral part of a vibrant team committed to growth, innovation, and success!
