Duties Greet customers warmly and identify their wireless needs through active listening and product knowledge. Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of various wireless devices and plans. Assist customers with selecting suitable plans, accessories, and devices, emphasizing upselling opportunities to maximize sales. Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card processing, and issuing receipts. Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure the store is well-stocked with the latest products. Perform stock replenishment tasks such as stocking shelves and organizing inventory to enhance the shopping experience. Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely, ensuring clear communication at all times. Supervise or assist in supervising team members when needed, fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving sales goals. Skills Proven experience in retail sales or customer service environments, especially within electronics or grocery stores. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical products clearly and confidently. Bilingual proficiency (preferred) to effectively serve a diverse customer base. Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math for accurate transactions. Ability to perform product demos confidently while highlighting key features to customers. Knowledge of merchandising techniques and stock management to optimize store presentation. Excellent phone etiquette for professional remote customer interactions. Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities in team settings.
