Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts Assist customers with product demos, explaining features and benefits of various shipping supplies, printing services, and retail merchandise Upsell additional products or services to meet customer needs and maximize store sales Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to attract customer attention Manage inventory by stocking shelves, conducting stock checks, and assisting with inventory replenishment Handle phone inquiries professionally using proper phone etiquette and direct calls as needed Able to obtain a NC Notary Experience Prior retail sales experience preferred, especially in a grocery store or similar fast-paced environment Supervising experience is a plus—demonstrating leadership in guiding team members or training new staff Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases effectively Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math is essential Strong communication skills to engage confidently with customers and team members Experience in product demos, upselling techniques, merchandising, stocking, and cashiering will set you apart Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a lively retail setting Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
