Overview Join our vibrant indoor entertainment facility as an Indoor Park Attendant, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable experiences for guests of all ages! In this lively role, you'll be the friendly face ensuring safety, delivering exceptional guest service, and maintaining a fun, clean environment. Your energy will help foster a welcoming atmosphere that keeps visitors excited and engaged from start to finish. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic setting that combines play, hospitality, and community engagement. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing information about park features and safety guidelines Monitor play areas continuously to ensure guest safety and enforce park rules effectively Assist children and families with activities, ensuring everyone has a positive experience Manage guest inquiries, resolve conflicts promptly, and maintain a friendly, professional demeanor at all times Handle cash transactions accurately for admissions, food sales, or merchandise purchases Support event management by helping set up and coordinate special activities or themed events within the park Maintain cleanliness of play zones, common areas, and equipment to uphold health standards Respond swiftly to emergencies or incidents, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations when necessary Requirements Prior experience in customer service, guest services, or hospitality is highly preferred Experience working with children and familiarity with public speaking or group facilitation is a plus Knowledge of conflict management techniques and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally Valid lifeguard certification or lifeguard experience is advantageous for water-related activities Background in food service or resort environments can enhance your ability to serve guests effectively Strong communication skills with a positive attitude and energetic approach to engaging visitors Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods while maintaining high energy levels This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in lively environments and enjoy creating joyful moments for guests.
