Job Description

Reporting to the Director and Associate Administrator of the Sandhills Horticultural Gardens, the BVC Greeter position will welcome and assist visitors to the garden. This position combines customer service, communication, and light administrative responsibilities to support daily operations at the Ball Garden Visitors Center. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.
Primary Job Duties:
Welcome and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner Provide information about gardens, events, and programs Answer visitor questions in person, via phone, and email Answer and direct phone calls Perform light data entry and maintain visitor or operational records Process point-of-sale transactions using Square or similar systems Assist with reservations and visitor registrations as needed

Qualifications :
