Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Head Golf Professional to support daily golf shop and facility operations. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for golf, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. The Head Golf Professional will play a key role in overseeing staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and maintaining a high standard of service for members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute and assist with golf camps and instructional programs Support management of daily golf shop operations and staff Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting guests Oversee tee time scheduling, reservations, and customer flow Process transactions and maintain accurate sales reporting Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and restocking Maintain a clean, organized, and professional golf shop environment Train and supervise staff to ensure consistent service standards Help coordinate promotions, events, and member communications Ensure golf carts are staged, cleaned, and ready for daily use Address customer concerns in a professional and timely manner Collaborate with management and team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

Golf clinic/instruction experience (required) Previous golf shop experience (required) Strong knowledge of golf operations and equipment (required) Experience with point-of-sale systems and basic reporting Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
