Parts Sales We're looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Lawn Equipment Parts Sales Specialist to join our team long term in a family owned business. In this role, you will help homeowners & professional landscapers find the parts they need to keep their mowers, trimmers and blowers running smoothly. Along with selling parts you will need to have the ability to sell new equipment once trained. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have experience identifying parts for small engines and outdoor power equipment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in person and over the phone by accurately identifying and selling the correct parts for a wide range of lawn and garden equipment (Toro, Bobcat, STIHL, Kawasaki, etc.). Utilize electronic parts catalogs and vendor websites to look up part numbers quickly and efficiently. Monitor parts inventory levels to make sure we are fully stocked. Handle all sales transactions, manage cash, credit, and store charge accounts. Required Qualifications Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus but not required . Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and parts catalogs. Basic knowledge of small engines and outdoor power equipment. Proficiency with computer systems, POS software, and Microsoft Office Excel & Word. Hourly pay is based off experience. Optional monthly bonus commission on parts/equipment sales. Vacation and Holiday pay. Flexible PTO in off season.
