We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Pro Shop Clerk at The Pearl. The Pro Shop Clerk will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to guests, managing retail sales transactions, and supporting the daily operations of the golf pro shop. This role involves retail sales, tee time bookings, merchandise management, and providing information about the course, events, and services offered.

Responsibilities :

1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. 2. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system for merchandise and green fee transactions. 3. Schedule and manage tee time reservations (in person, over the phone, or online system). 4. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail area. 5. Monitor and restock merchandise as needed. 6. Provide accurate information about golf course policies, events, and promotions. 7. Assist with tournament check-ins, registrations, and scoring as needed. 8. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues with professionalism and efficiency. 9. Communicate effectively with golf course staff, instructors, and management. 10. Follow all company cash handling and safety procedures. 11. Open and close the pro shop according to procedures.

Qualifications :

1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 2. Previous retail, golf, or customer service experience is a plus. 3. Basic knowledge of golf rules and terminology is desirable. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. 6. Comfortable using computers, POS systems, and booking software. 7. Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance. 8. May require working weekends, holidays, and early or late shifts depending on the season.

Physical Requirements:

1. Ability to stand for extended periods. 2. Occasional lifting of merchandise or supplies (up to 30 lbs).
