Cashier/Sales Associate

Responsibilities Greet customers and create a welcoming, laid-back environment Verify customer age and follow all applicable sales regulations Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems to process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately Assist customers with product selection and answer questions to enhance their experience Educate customers on product features and recommend items based on their needs Upsell and suggest complementary products to increase sales Maintain proper cash handling procedures and accurate register balancing Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked, including displays and showcases Assist with inventory management, restocking, and periodic counts Stay up to date on new products and trends Communicate effectively with team members and customers Previous retail or cashier experience preferred, but not required Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to learn and follow compliance laws and ID verification procedures Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory

Pay:

$13.00 - $16.00 per hour
