What You'll Do Represent LeafGuard professionally while creating positive, engaging experiences during face-to-face customer interactions. Connect with customers, ask thoughtful questions, and understand their home improvement needs and priorities. Present LeafGuard products and solutions clearly while explaining key features, benefits, and available options. Answer customer questions confidently and provide accurate, helpful information to support informed decisions. Support customer acquisition and lead generation initiatives while contributing to individual and team performance goals. Maintain accurate customer information, interaction details, lead activity, and required records in an organized manner. Collaborate with teammates and leadership to support campaign objectives, strengthen customer experiences, and achieve team goals. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree is a plus. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and comfortable speaking with customers. Willingness to learn new products, services, and customer engagement techniques. Dependable, motivated, and comfortable working toward goals. Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
