We are a colorful, boho-inspired women's boutique filled with clothing, jewelry, handbags, shoes, fragrance, gifts, and more. We believe shopping should be fun, welcoming, and personal—and we want every customer who walks through our doors to feel like they've found their happy place. What You'll Do As a Sales Associate, you'll be one of the faces of Happy Place!

You'll:

Greet customers and create a warm, welcoming shopping experience Help customers find clothing, accessories, and gifts they love Assist customers with styling and putting outfits together Provide friendly and genuine customer service Operate the register and handle transactions Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and looking beautiful Assist with merchandising and displays Receive, tag, steam, and put out new merchandise Keep fitting rooms neat and organized Help maintain a clean and inviting store Work with your Sales Leader and teammates to meet sales goals Bring positive energy and help create the Happy Place vibe! Who We're Looking For We'd love someone who is: Friendly, upbeat, and comfortable talking with customers Dependable and responsible Interested in fashion, styling, and current trends Comfortable approaching customers and offering assistance A team player with a positive attitude Organized and able to multitask Willing to learn and take initiative Available for a flexible retail schedule, including some evenings and weekends Previous retail experience is a plus, but we're happy to consider the right person with a great personality, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn!
