Job Description
Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team, That CAN work full time hours. Meaning 35-40 hours 5- 6 days a week. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional service to customers while driving sales through effective communication and product knowledge. Your ability to engage with customers and showcase our products will be key to enhancing their shopping experience. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Demonstrate product knowledge through engaging product demos that highlight features and benefits. Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase overall sales. Operate the cash register efficiently, processing transactions accurately and handling cash responsibly. Maintain an organized stock area, ensuring products are well-displayed and easily accessible for customers. Assist in supervising junior staff members, providing guidance on best practices in customer service and sales techniques. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers. Perform retail math calculations as needed for inventory management and sales tracking. Experience Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is a plus. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse customers effectively. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions. A basic understanding of retail math is beneficial for managing stock levels and processing transactions efficiently.
