You'll play an important role in keeping our boutique looking its best and ensuring every customer has a great experience as well as managing inventory, Intaking products, and pricing items.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Associate Review merchandise and make selections for what to carry in the boutique Manage inventory based on markdown schedules and inventory controls Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with questions or purchases Accurately ring up sales and handle cash transactions, giving correct change Tag and process incoming merchandise Organize and restock the sales floor Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store

Key Responsibilities:

Pricing Research brands to assign appropriate prices to merchandise Create accounts for new consigners Accurately assign products to the correct consignor account Price merchandise based on brand,condition, fiber content, and desirability Open and close the store Arming and disarming the security system Opening the till Counting cash at day end to close the till and secure the cash register Ensuring the store is ready for daily operations at the beginning of the day and at the close of business day Requirements Must be tech savy and comfortable learning new software Friendly, positive, and dependable attitude Ability to accurately handle money and transactions Must be able to lift 10-20 pounds Ability to stand and walk in the store for 4-6 hours(Length depends on shift length and duty type that shift) Why You'll Love Working Here Fun, fashion-focused culture Fast paced enviroment means your never bored Employee discount on merchandise Flexible scheduling with limited weekends Opportunity to grow with a local small business Retail or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
