Retail Sales Associate

Retail Sales Associate Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
• Assist customers in finding and selecting products that meet their needs
• Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales preferred, especially in hardware or home repair, but open to training a motivated person.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and keep the sales floor tidy
• Technical knowledge is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Time management skills to prioritize customer needs and complete tasks efficiently
