Job Description
Where You'll Work Established by the Sisters of the St. Francis in 1924, CHI Health Good Samaritan is a 268-bed regional referral center in Kearney, Neb. At CHI Health Good Samaritan, you'll find an advanced level trauma center that also offers AirCare emergency helicopter transport and an ambulance program providing long distance and local 911 service. Among our many other services are cardiac care including open-heart surgery, a level II neonatal intensive care unit, a nationally accredited cancer center, comprehensive neurosurgery, advanced orthopedic program, and inpatient and outpatient mental health services at our free-standing Richard Young Behavioral Health facility. Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Member Services Representative, you will contribute to the mission and vision of our organization by providing exceptional customer service to all patrons of our wellness or community-facing centers, in a manner consistent with our established policies and beliefs.
Every day you will serve as a primary point of contact, interacting directly with individuals seeking information, assistance, or access to services. You will be responsible for addressing diverse inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information about programs and offerings, assisting with administrative processes such as registration or scheduling, and actively working to resolve any concerns or issues that may arise. Your role is crucial in ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for everyone who engages with our center.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate outstanding customer service capabilities, including strong active listening, clear verbal communication, and problem-solving skills. Provide customer service, to include checking members check in and problem solving for all customer. Compiles and processes information for the Wellness Center, includes typing, filing, auditing, copying, maintaining and monitoring department and membership records. Provides department services including Pro Shop and Energy Stop services to members Helps with planning, scheduling, and organizing of special projects and events. Maintains front desk and lobby, including boards, event signage and facility program communication Perform value added activities which result in positive financial performance and customer satisfaction Job Requirements Required High School Graduate or Equivalent, upon hire and Basic Life Support - CPR, within 6 - months Preferred Previous customer service experience
