DESCRIPTION
Good Life Cyclery, a bike shop in Lincoln, Nebraska is looking for a Bike Sales Associate. We are looking for someone who has experience in the cycling industry, a passion for the industry, and can provide customers with optimal customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include working with customers, evaluating their needs, and assisting them in choosing the right bike and accessories. An ideal candidate would have good working knowledge of a variety of bikes, from racing bikes to vintage bikes. Strong communication skills will be needed to assist customers to find the optimal solutions for their bike riding needs, as well as recommending enhancements to optimize the rider's overall experience. Additional duties will include tracking, ordering, and stocking inventory. The Bike Sales Associate will need to remain up to date on new products and industry trends. Assume other duties as assigned.
