Pay:

$17 per hour plus commission Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their design needs, preferences, and project goals through active listening and consultative communication Create detailed layout designs using KCD to help clients visualize their space Build strong customer relationships through personalized service, follow-up communication, and upselling premium products or services Manage estimates, sales, and final billing in a timely manner Collaborate with clients on renovation and remodeling projects by providing expert advice on construction materials, lighting design, and fixture selection Close sales effectively by negotiating deals that satisfy customer needs while meeting sales targets; utilize organizational skills to track leads and follow-ups Qualifications Preferred experience in retail sales within the home improvement, remodeling, or interior design industry Strong knowledge of layout design tools such CAD or 20/20 is preferred, but not required Multilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse customer bases effectively Exceptional communication skills in English Basic math skills for retail math calculations and estimating project costs Customer service-oriented mindset with organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions seamlessly Saturday availability is a must Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to transforming spaces through innovative design solutions while delivering outstanding customer service.
