THE ROLE
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Retail Sales Associate to join our team in both a front of house and back of house capacity. No two days at Magnolias are exactly alike and we love it that way. One day you might be helping a customer style their entryway for fall. The next you are receiving a gorgeous new shipment, pricing product and getting it onto the floor. If you like variety, creativity and staying on your feet, this is your kind of job.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Front of House Welcome customers and create a warm, memorable shopping experience Help customers find the perfect pieces for their home and offer styling suggestions Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain beautiful store displays that reflect our seasonal collections Assist with merchandising and visual presentation of new arrivals Keep the sales floor clean, organized and fully stocked at all times Back of House Receive and process incoming product shipments Price and sticker new holiday and everyday inventory Break down and recycle cardboard and packaging materials Organize and maintain back stock and inventory areas Support the team with restocking and general store upkeep
WHO YOU ARE
You have a genuine love for home decor, seasonal styling and beautiful spaces You are a self-starter who loves staying busy and takes initiative without being asked You are warm, friendly and naturally make people feel comfortable You are organized and detail-oriented, with shelves faced, displays intentional and pricing done right You are dependable, punctual and take pride in doing things the right way You work well as part of a small close-knit team and pitch in wherever needed Experience in retail, home decor or a customer-facing role is a plus but not required. We will train the right person
OUR SCHEDULE
We are open Tuesday through Friday 10 AM to 5:30 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 4:30 PM. We rotate weekend shifts and pride ourselves on a flexible, family-friendly scheduling approach. We understand that life happens and we work together as a team to make scheduling work for everyone.

If you are newer to retail we are happy to train someone who brings enthusiasm, a love of beautiful things and a genuine desire to grow. If you are coming in with retail or home decor experience, we want to hear about it. Compensation is based on your experience and background and we are committed to paying fairly for the right fit.
