Store Staff

Northgate Resorts owns and manages the most awarded Camp-Resort portfolio in the nation. Our passion is creating family camping memories for our guests - memories that will last a lifetime! The Store Staff is responsible for providing outstanding service to guests in the camp store. This is a SEASONAL, full-time or part-time position and reports to the Store Supervisor.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Store Clerk Assist guests in finding merchandise Ensure store is clean, neat, organized, and well-stocked Accurately process cash, credit, and gift card transactions using point of sale system Assist with merchandise inventory Ensure cash handling procedures are followed Participate in other projects and activities as assigned Assists with: Receive and check goods for damaged or missing items Catalog items on the store's system Create price labels for items Stock shelves or remove items that are expired Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records Assist with the assembly of attractive displays for goods Assist customers with questions Participate in other projects and activities as assigned Store Stockroom Attendant Receive and check goods for damaged or missing items Catalog items on the store's system Create price labels for items Stock shelves or remove items that are expired Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records Assist with the assembly of attractive displays for goods Assist customers with questions Participate in other projects and activities as assigned

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE

Customer service experience preferred

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

Basic computer skills Upbeat, engaging personality, strong work ethic, and professional appearance Cash-handling and credit card transaction experience Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Maintain a positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, coworkers, and management Required to work nights, weekends, and holidays

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS
