We are seeking a Takeout Specialist to join our support team. The ideal candidate will have a pleasant and courteous demeanor with experience handling multi-line phones, taking phone orders, sales experience, and cash handling. Must be very personable, patient, organized, detailed oriented and accurate with money. This is a fun, fast-paced position with the opportunity to make great tips!

Responsibilities:

Accurately take and process to-go orders in person, over the phone, and through third-party delivery platforms. Prepare and package orders with care, ensuring presentation and accuracy meet our standards. Collaborate with the Catering Sales Manager to support and execute exceptional catering experiences. Act as a Brand Ambassador by engaging guests with information about Carmine's and Virgil's locations, and encouraging return visits for special events and catering. Manage guest transactions and maintain an organized and efficient take-out station. Work closely with the delivery team to ensure all orders are correctly packaged and ready for timely dispatch. Perform additional duties as assigned to support smooth take-out and catering operations. Other duties as assigned by Manager.
