Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service throughout their shopping journey Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges with accuracy Conduct product demos to educate customers about features and benefits of various items Assist with merchandising and stocking shelves to ensure products are well-organized and visually appealing Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending relevant items to increase sales Maintain proper cash handling procedures and perform cashiering duties with integrity Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels, conducting stock replenishments, and participating in stock counts Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries or coordinating with team members Engage in product knowledge training to stay informed about new merchandise and promotional offers Supervise fellow team members when needed, providing guidance on store operations and customer interactions Experience Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Bilingual skills are highly valued to better serve diverse customer bases Experience with POS systems, cashiering, or grocery store operations is a plus Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership roles in retail environments are advantageous Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively connect with customers and team members Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and performing retail math calculations Knowledge of merchandising techniques, product demos, upselling strategies, and stock management practices Join us as a Retail Store Associate where your proactive attitude fuels a lively shopping atmosphere!
