Front Desk Sales Associate

Overview We are seeking a dedicated, responsible and customer-focused Front Desk Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role involves managing front desk operations, assisting with inquiries, and facilitating a seamless guest experience. A strong emphasis on communication skills, customer service, and retail sales is essential. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression. Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently while maintaining accurate records. Manage phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette, addressing questions and concerns promptly. Process transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling and basic math skills. Upsell services and products to enhance guest experience and drive revenue. Promote and sell Wellness Program to guests. Assist with merchandising and stocking of retail items at the front desk area. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area for optimal guest interaction. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery. Experience Previous experience in customer service and retail sales is preferred. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with guests and team members alike. Experience in cash handling, merchandising, and retail math will be advantageous in this role.
