Membership Advisor's are the first person that members see coming into the door. You are a representation of the studio and as such should portray our culture and positive attitude.

A Day In The Life:

Greet everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge Work hand-in-hand with our coaches to guide potential members through their first Orangetheory workout Sell memberships to help the studio thrive Follow up on prospective members Handle member concerns in a professional and objective manner, with the goal of resolution Participate in marketing and outreach events

Team Expectations:

Participate in monthly team meetings, held both via Zoom and in person. Take minimum of one class per week to insure you are familiar with the company and the product. Join our monthly team studio clean to help keep our space looking its best. Our studio is connected with Denville, Rockaway, and Parsippany. When needed, you may be asked to pick up a shift at one of our sister studios. You may also represent the studio at special events, including table events, staff outings, happy hours, and celebratory gatherings.
