As the Club invests in a more unified commercial revenue organization, it needs frontline sales leadership that can turn strategy into results day in and day out. The Manager, Ticket Sales, will serve as the hands-on leader of the Club's ticketing staff and will be responsible for translating the Club's ticketing strategy into consistent sales execution. Reporting to the Vice President, Revenue, this leader will own the tactical elements of the ticketing department including CRM oversight, lead management, staff coaching, and pipeline reporting. The Manager will serve as the connective tissue between frontline ticketing team and the department's broader revenue strategy. This is a compelling opportunity for a driven, team-first sales leader to build and run the day-to-day engine of a growing ticket sales organization. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in ticket or sports sales, experience coaching and developing a sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, coach, and manage the day-to-day performance of Ticketing sales & service staff Craft and execute goals and individual sales plans with each Account Executive Create and lead weekly training activities to drive staff to individual goal attainment Conduct regular and annual performance reviews with sales and service staff Support staff during outside appointments, meetings, conference calls, and games Own day-to-day CRM oversight, including lead assignment, ensuring staff are inputting required data to ensure forecasting accuracy Track effectiveness of assigned sales leads and adapt distribution as necessary Monitor submission and creation of sales documents to/from the ticket office Meet and exceed team season ticket, partial plan, group, and renewal goals Responsible for a personal book of self-generated accounts and revenue production. Own department reporting, including daily progress to goal and weekly pipeline updates. Oversee the renewal and service efforts in support of the Club's retention goals. Build and foster a positive, high-accountability sales culture within the team Have an active role in the recruitment and retention of ticket sales staff Collaborate with the Vice President, Revenue on execution of sales and service plans. Perform other responsibilities as assigned
You Have These:
Minimum of 3 years of ticket sales experience 1+ years of experience managing or leading a ticket sales team, preferred Proficient with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and MS Office products Ability to coach, train, and motivate a sales team Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Experience in professional sports or live entertainment ticket sales strongly preferred
Compensation & Total Rewards:
Base Salary Range:
$65,000 per year. (Base salary at the time of an offer will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, expert experience, and current market conditions.)
Commission Eligibility:
This position is eligible to participate in a commission structure based on individual performance and overall department goals.
