What You'll Be Doing:

As a Kiosk Sales Associate & Brand Ambassador , you'll be the face of Woops! at our retail kiosk. Your job is to share the love of macarons, help customers find their perfect treat, and build beautiful celebration and gifting packages. This role is a mix of sales, customer service, and fun!

Your Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers with warmth and enthusiasm, be a true brand ambassador Educate guests on our delicious macarons and gifting options Build customized gift packages for all types of celebrations Maintain a beautiful, clean, and organized kiosk display Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately Update the Woops inventory website for easy tracking Promote outside sales and gifting opportunities (corporate, events, etc.) Occasionally represent Woops! at events or in B2B outreach (bonus opportunities!)

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers Outgoing, a positive attitude, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking and inventory management Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures is an asset Ages 16-30 preferred (ideal for high school/college students or young professionals) Prior retail, food service, or sales experience is a plus (but not required) Why Work With Us?
