Job Overview We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Marijuana Budtender Part Time to join our team. As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and guiding customers through their cannabis purchasing experience. Your expertise in cannabis products and ability to communicate effectively will help customers make informed choices tailored to their needs. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting cannabis products based on their preferences and needs. Provide detailed product information, including effects, usage methods, and strain characteristics. Utilize retail math skills to accurately process transactions, handle cash, and manage the point-of-sale (POS) system. Conduct product demos to educate customers about various cannabis products and promote upselling opportunities. Maintain a clean and organized display of merchandise while ensuring compliance with all regulations. Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and changes in regulations to provide accurate information to customers. Requirements Previous experience in retail or grocery store environments is preferred. Weekend and Evening Availability Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers effectively. Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing. Knowledge of cannabis products and their effects is highly desirable; willingness to learn is essential. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
