Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated eBay Sales Associate to help manage and grow our online resale business. This role is responsible for preparing inventory for sale, creating high-quality eBay listings, pricing items competitively, and handling shipping and customer communication. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently. Key Responsibilities Photograph inventory items clearly and professionally for online listings Select and prepare inventory to be listed on eBay Write accurate, detailed, and compelling item descriptions Research market value and comparable listings to determine competitive pricing Create and manage eBay listings in accordance with platform guidelines Pack and ship sold items safely and efficiently Manage shipping labels and ensure timely order fulfillment Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions, offers, and inquiries Address basic customer service issues, including returns or shipping concerns Maintain an organized workspace and inventory system Qualifications & Skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable using computers, smartphones, and online platforms Ability to write clear and accurate product descriptions Basic photography skills (smartphone photography acceptable) Ability to research pricing and market trends online Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Good communication and customer service skills Ability to lift and pack boxes (within reasonable limits) Preferred (but Not Required) Prior experience selling on eBay or other online marketplaces Familiarity with shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) Interest in resale, collectibles, fashion, electronics, or vintage items Compensation $20 per hour Eligible for quarterly bonus, based on store performance following 6 month s of employment.
