In this role, you will be the friendly face of our store, helping customers find their perfect outfits while delivering exceptional service. You'll engage with shoppers both in-store and online, utilizing your retail expertise to create a welcoming shopping experience. Your enthusiasm for fashion and excellent communication skills will drive sales and foster customer loyalty. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting clothing, while demostrating explerary customer service. Operate POS (point-of-sale) systems for cashiering, cash handling, and retail transactions accurately. Maintain attractive merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with fresh inventory. Support inventory management through stocking, organizing merchandise, and conducting stock counts. Answer customer inquiries via phone communication and assist with online orders through e-commerce platforms. Promote store promotions and special events to enhance sales opportunities while delivering outstanding customer service. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are an advantage. Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math for transactions. Excellent organizational skills to manage stock levels and maintain store presentation.
