Responsibilities Greet customers warmly upon arrival, establishing a welcoming atmosphere that encourages engagement. Conduct personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable fragrances and beauty products. Demonstrate product features through engaging product demos and makeup application techniques. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across fragrance lines, cosmetics, and skincare to effectively inform and assist clients. Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling techniques while ensuring excellent customer service. Manage retail transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash handling and processing payments. Build strong client relationships by providing tailored advice, follow-up communication, and maintaining customer records. Keep the sales floor well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing through effective merchandising. Utilize social media management skills to promote products, special offers, and store events to a broader audience. Analyze sales data to identify trends, optimize inventory levels, and meet or exceed sales targets. Assist with stock replenishment, inventory management, and stock rotation to ensure product availability. Uphold professional phone etiquette for inquiries or appointment scheduling. Support front desk operations by managing client appointments and maintaining a tidy workspace. Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals while fostering a positive work environment. Experience Previous experience in retail sales within the beauty or cosmetics industry is highly preferred. Familiarity with retail software such as Millennium or salon management systems is advantageous. Strong knowledge of POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail math principles. Proven ability in upselling, achieving sales targets, and enhancing product knowledge through continuous learning. Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele. Experience with makeup application techniques and product demonstrations is desirable. Ability to build rapport with clients through exceptional customer service and relationship management skills. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing stock levels effectively. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of social media platforms for marketing purposes is beneficial.
