Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products or services that match their needs Process transactions accurately using cash handling, cashiering, and cash management procedures Support retail sales efforts by educating customers on product features and benefits Handle basic math calculations for sales totals, discounts, and financial transactions with precision Assist with loan processing or financial services inquiries when applicable Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and ensure merchandise is properly displayed Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key! Basic math skills including retail math, cash handling, and 10 key typing proficiency Knowledge of financial software or point-of-sale systems is a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to explain products and services clearly Ability to handle cash accurately and perform cash management tasks confidently A positive attitude with a proactive approach to helping customers and supporting team goals Willingness to learn about banking or financial services as needed Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels success!
