Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs, ensuring a positive shopping experience Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods with precision and integrity Promote products through upselling and product demos to enhance customer satisfaction and sales Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure an inviting store environment Conduct inventory stocking, product rotation, and basic merchandising tasks to keep the store well-stocked Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Requirements Previous retail sales or cashier experience preferred; supervisory experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a broader customer base Ability to perform basic math accurately for transactions and inventory counts Experience in grocery stores or retail environments is advantageous Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise while delivering outstanding service in a vibrant retail setting.
