Responsibilities Engage with potential customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate interest in our vehicle inventory Demonstrate vehicles' features and benefits confidently, tailoring presentations to meet customer needs and preferences Negotiate terms and pricing with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements while maintaining dealership profitability Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, ensuring a positive experience that encourages repeat business Qualifications Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales, with a strong understanding of automobile features and benefits Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and phone etiquette, to effectively connect with diverse customers Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and retail math calculations Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base effectively Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment requiring excellent organizational skills Embark on an exciting career where your passion for cars meets your talent for sales!
