[Full-Time / Part-Time] Role Overview As a Budtender at Iconic, you'll be the face of the dispensary — guiding customers through our menu, answering questions, and delivering a friendly, knowledgeable, and compliant retail experience from the moment they walk in to the moment they check out.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, recommending products based on their needs and experience level
• Process sales accurately and efficiently using the Dutchie POS system
• Verify customer ID, age, and purchase eligibility in accordance with NJ Cannabis Regulatory Commission (NJ-CRC) rules
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across flower, edibles, vapes, and concentrates
• Keep the sales floor stocked, clean, and compliant with display regulations
• Handle cash and card transactions and balance the register at the end of each shift with leadership.
• Follow all state and store compliance, security, and safety protocols
• Maintain a friendly and cooperative workplace. Qualifications
• Must be 21 years of age or older (NJ legal requirement for cannabis retail employment)
• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred; dispensary experience a plus
• Able to pass required NJ-CRC employee registration and background check
• Strong communication skills, reliable, and team-oriented
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
