Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selections, and ensuring the sales floor is well-maintained. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, retail experience, and a passion for helping customers find the right products. Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve a diverse customer base. This position offers an engaging environment where you can develop your sales and merchandising skills while contributing to a positive shopping experience. The job will also require a variety of office skills and duties as well as other jobs. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and selections Basic Computer knowledge is required Handle customer deposits and payments Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and resolving concerns promptly Take customer information and schedule appointments Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and inviting at all times Perform general office duties Experience Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially specialty stores Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and retail math concepts Experience in product demonstrations is advantageous Supervising experience is a plus for leadership roles within the team Bilingual skills are highly desirable to communicate effectively with diverse customers Strong communication skills, phone etiquette, and customer service orientation are essential Basic math skills necessary for handling transactions accurately and performing retail math calculations Prior office experience is a plus This position provides an excellent opportunity to grow your retail career while delivering outstanding service in a dynamic environment.
