Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Team Member Power through wireless activations and upgrades, making sure every customer walks out with a fully optimized device and wireless plan. Run account audits with customers, syncing smartphones and data plans to their specific lifestyle needs. Log sales and customer interactions in company systems, powering accurate reporting and consistent retail sales growth. Break down technical questions about smartphones and wireless connectivity, turning complex issues into clear, customer-friendly solutions. What We're Looking For in an Entry Level Team Member High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications is a plus but not essential. Ability to connect wireless devices and 5G network reliability to customer needs in relatable, persuasive terms. Experience in sales or account management, consistently crushing quotas and building long-term customer loyalty. Strong organizational game to manage multiple accounts, keep enrollment data on point, and drive territory sales growth. Flexible and proactive, ready to adapt to industry shifts and position our retail brand as the go-to for smartphones and wireless connectivity.
